| Top Home Based Business Online
Worldwide entrepreneurs strain and struggle at the key areas of building a top home based business online. One feature, the idea of picking up the telephone and actually talking to people, seem to be the area that internet marketers are the most reluctant to pursue. Most people joining internet marketing for the first time feel that the internet should be something where one gets a website, then is immediately immersed in money, fame and fortune. This thinking, this misdirected thinking, is certainly not the case. Any top home based business online entrepreneur knows there are key elements that one must place into their business before any success can be had. The area of internet marketing training is the key to any successful top home based business online today. The training, while not an instantaneous free ticket to fame, does give the individual tools and information about how to run and promote their top home based business online.
Force Protection in buying-leasing mode
When executives of Force Protection Inc. give their presentations to investors Tuesday at the SunTrust Robinson Humphrey institutional conference in Atlanta, they'll have plenty of new developments to talk about. Last week, the Ladson-based maker of armored military vehicles won another contract. This one, from the Navy, is worth up to $6.9 million. The company also has been spending some of the money it has been getting from its previous contract awards. As previously reported, Force Protection last month bought an R&D and testing facility in Edgefield from Newtec Services Group Inc. In a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing, FRPT said it's paying $5.5 million for 306 acres, other assets and a three-year lease of an office building in Edgefield.
'IF YOU CAN THINK IT, YOU CAN WEAR IT'
Since 1999, Beebe has parlayed her entrepreneurial idea --"If you can think it, you can wear it" -- into a rapidly growing worldwide business thanks to eBay and Amazon.com. Her plans include hiring about 25 designers, marketing people and office help for the new 8,100-square-foot location. Beebe sold more than 250,000 slogan shirts and novelties last year, up 64 percent from 2005, from her jam-packed home on West 16th. "There's no room," Beebe said, "because I'm constantly adding different choices of product. Basement, garage, upstairs, you name it. I haven't been able to park in my garage for years." Beebe's move is a wise one, said Tim Pett, who heads the Center for Entrepreneurship at Wichita State University. "She'll be able to control costs better," he said.

These changes will dramatically affect the current real estate commission structure and who benefits. I had the pleasure of talking to Joseph Fox, CEO of both BuySide Realty and its sister company IggysHouse about the nature of these changes.

Buying car online may save money
YOU WANT mud flaps and a sunroof and to negotiate a price with several dealerships to try to swing a fair deal. It can all be part of buying a new car. However, by using the Internet, experts say you can stress less and save money. Searching online "is by far the best way to purchase a car if you want to get the best deal," said Phil Reed, senior consumer advice editor with vehicle resource company Edmunds Inc. In reality, a person who uses the Internet to buy a new car will still have to work with the dealership eventually, since the law requires all factory fresh cars to be bought through a licensed dealer. However, buyers can gain bargaining power by searching and pricing cars at dozens of dealerships from the comfort of their home. "It's almost like an entirely different pricing system with the Internet because the dealer knows you're also approaching every other dealership in the area simultaneously," Reed said.
